10 Health & Public Safety measure guidelines for the COVID19 times

T o fight the current wave of disinformation, laissez-faire attitude of some Western countries and keep the public informed, I’ve put together a simple list of health measures & guidelines to implement immediately to keep you protected. Please share further so that we can battle this crisis together.

Ten key points on how to stay healthy, safe and protected amidst this global Coronavirus pandemic:

  1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of nutrition (fruits and vegetables, legumes, protein and so on).
  2. Stay away from highly processed foods, excess sugar and alcohol (they bring your immune system down).
  3. Get PLENTY of water and natural fluid in your body to flush out your system — it prevents the virus from getting into your lungs. When your sinuses and membranes get dry, it will spread into your lungs faster.
  4. Start eating vitamins and minerals: Vitamin D, Omega 3 fatty acid, Magnesium are the best ones.
  5. Take immunity-boosting supplements, such as Imunoglukan to reboot your immunity system.
  6. Get a mild exercise to keep your body & mind in shape and bring your stress levels
